Personal Coaching

Personal coaching is a one-on-one coaching session that takes place between an individual and a coach.  These sessions are typically 45 minutes to one hour long and take place via telephone, Skype or in-person, depending upon the schedule and preference of the client and coach.

The topic of the coaching session is determined by the client (not the coach), and relates to the area of the client's personal or professional life that he or she wishes to discuss.
